🛍️ İade ve Değişim Politikası

Leora olarak müşteri memnuniyetine önem veriyoruz. Siparişinizle ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşamanız durumunda aşağıdaki iade ve değişim koşulları geçerlidir:
🔄 Değişim Koşulları
- Bikini ve mayolarda değişim yapılmamaktadır.
- Diğer ürünlerde yalnızca aynı ürünün farklı bedeni ile değişim yapılır.
- Değişim, stokta mevcut olması halinde gerçekleştirilir.
- Ürün kullanılmamış, etiketi çıkarılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
- Değişim talebi, ürün tesliminden sonra en geç 24 saat içinde bize iletilmelidir.
- Ürün, en geç 3 gün içinde tarafımıza ulaşmalıdır.
- Kargo ücretleri alıcıya aittir.
🚫 İade Koşulları
- Hiçbir üründe iade kabul edilmemektedir.
- Ancak hasarlı, hatalı ya da yanlış gönderilen ürünler için değişim yapılabilir. Bu durumda:
- Teslimat sonrası 24 saat içinde bizimle iletişime geçilmelidir.
- Ürün en geç 3 gün içinde bize gönderilmelidir.
📲 Süreç Nasıl İşliyor?
- 24 saat içinde WhatsApp veya Instagram üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçin.
- Onay verildikten sonra ürün belirtilen adrese gönderilmelidir.
- Onaysız gönderilen ürünler kabul edilmez.
- Ürün elimize ulaştıktan sonra işlem başlatılır.

At Leora, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, the following return and exchange policy applies:
🔄 Exchange Conditions
- No exchanges are accepted for bikinis or swimsuits.
- For other items, only size exchanges of the same product are allowed.
- Exchange is possible only if the item is in stock.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
- The item must reach us within 3 days at the latest.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Return Conditions
- We do not accept returns for any items.
- Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In this case:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be sent to us within 3 days.
📲 How Does the Process Work?
Once we receive the item, we will begin the exchange process.
Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours.
After approval, send the item to the address we provide.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
